Use:  Use after shampooing.  Hold bar under warm water for up to 30 seconds.  Work bar between hands, apply wet bar to ends of hair, massage into hair for 1-2 minutes, rinse with warm water.  The bar doesn't product a lather during use, so it may seem like you haven't applied as much product to your hair as liquid conditioner.  However, the bar is more concentrated and you may not need to use as much product to achieve the same effect.
